Vision
VelMont Spiritual and Cultural Center in Bay Area, California is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Organization. As part of the spiritual and cultural center, Hilltop Karthikeya Temple Mandapa is coming soon.
This Non-Profit is organized exclusively for charitable, spiritual, cultural, meditation, and educational purposes, including for such purposes.
1. To build, manage and run the ‘VelMont Spiritual and Cultural Center’.
Establish an open-space spiritual center where the
community can embrace nature through hiking, yoga,
meditation, and prayer. Our center harmoniously integrate
local practices with Global cultural values, creating a
welcoming sanctuary for all.
We are pleased to announce, with the blessings of Almighty, that on this auspicious occasion of Vaikasi Visakam, the founding team of VelMont is delighted to share that we have acquired a permanent location for VelMont Velan's adobe. Our extensive search has been rewarded with a spacious tract of rolling hills. This exceptional site will serve as a lasting sanctuary for generations to come, offering a beautiful and serene open space for all to enjoy.
2. To perform spiritual and cultural events, services and celebrate festivals.

4. To conduct meditation events.

'VelMont Velan' our VelMont's presiding Murugan deity is here. His holy view will be present at the summit along with Ganesha and the Vel (Holy Spear). Kaavadi & PaalKudam Registration emails will be confimed for registered people in early January. Kaavadi and Paalkudams procession to hill will be around 10.30AM from velMont Foothill (Adivaaram).All items for paalkudam & kaavadi will be provided by organization Please come in traditional attire Vratham is recommended for participants Kaavadi takers should come one hour early to prepare the Kaavadi. Paalkudam takers should come 30 minutes early to prepare the paalkudam |
